01. Archive Admission
Entry into the JJ KICKSZZ Archive constitutes a legally binding agreement to follow the Rules of Engagement. We provide a curated gateway to high-class streetwear and rare archive fossils. Access is a privilege, not a right.
02. Authenticity Charter
Every piece in the Archive is subjected to a multi-stage authentication protocol. We do not tolerate unauthorized replications or counterfeit goods. Any attempt to introduce non-authenticated items into the Archive community will result in immediate and permanent exclusion.
03. Bot Protocols & Fair Play
The Archive is for human collectors. The use of automated purchase scripts (bots), scraper technology, or rapid-fire checkout tools is strictly prohibited. Orders flagged by our security telemetry as bot-originated will be liquidated without notice.
04. Resale & Community Commerce
While the Archive encourages the appreciation of streetwear value, predatory resale activity that actively harms the community's accessibility is discouraged. JJ KICKSZZ reserves the right to limit quantities of high-heat releases to ensure equitable distribution.
05. Intellectual Flux (Music & Content)
All Archive media, including the proprietary Music Player experience, UI architecture, and scanned imagery, remains the property of JJ KICKSZZ. Unauthorized extraction of Archive assets for commercial use outside our ecosystem is a violation of these Terms.
06. Limitation of Liability
The Archive provides high-performance items in 'Archival Condition.' Due to the nature of deadstock and rare vintage, minor textural variations may occur. JJ KICKSZZ liability is limited strictly to the verified authenticity of the product.
